Pizza Wheels

Love all your pinwheels/pastry wheels lately. They are so fun, look awesome, and have so many different flavor combos available!
Ingredients:
4 puff pastry sheets
6 tablespoons tomato paste
1 red capsicum, diced
1 green capsicum, diced
grated cheese

Taco soup

This recipe is a fall favorite around our house. I've posted it before, but it's a go to dinner at our house this time of the year and something that's always a hit. You can never go wrong with taco soup, AND it's one of the easiest dinners ever!
Ingredients:
2 cans of pinto beans
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of corn
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 can tomatoes and chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 lb browned ground turkey or hamburger (I used almost 2 lbs)
1 jalapeño (optional)
All the dressings for tacos: Sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, etc
