Perfect Vanilla Cupcake

These are Perfect Vanilla Cupcake, taste perfect and look perfect. Even though seems like the ordinary white vanilla cupcakes, these Vanilla cupcakes are so moist and delicious. With a lots of Perfect Cupcake Frosting these are so soft and creamy.

  • 1 1/4 cups cake flour or Canadian bleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup canola oil (vegetable or extra light olive oil also work)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk or (According to Glorious Treats, you can substitute the buttermilk with 1/2 cup milk plus 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice- add acid to the milk then set aside for 5 minutes before using)
